Overview SoleArch is committed to delivering your orders safely and reliably. We offer economy shipping to customers within the United States and select international locations.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time begins after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time We offer Economy Shipping as our standard shipping option:

  • Economy Shipping:  5-10 business days from the date your order ships
  • Standard Shipping:  5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, and carrier delays
  • Orders shipped to remote areas may take longer

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination address. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (details provided at checkout).

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery addresses must be a physical street address within the United States or eligible international locations.

Delays & Exceptions SoleArch is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays or service interruptions
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.

International Shipping We ship to select countries outside the United States. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery times for international orders may be longer than domestic shipments.
